LONG-TERM RATES

All rates are based on boat length or slip length, which ever is greater. Minimum boat lengths will apply to all slips. Taxes are not included in any of the rates listed above, and will be charged on all applicable fees. All advance reservations require credit card information.

* Utilities include electric, water, trash, and pump out service. All wet slips will be charged a minimum
   $35/month for long term or $7/day for transients
